Top 6 Wall Sconces to give your space that "WOW" factor
You've picked all the right furniture pieces, found swoon worthy finishes, and selected the perfect tint and color of paint. But for some reason, your space still falls flat. While this can be frustrating, the solution is as simple and as small as the little details.
As one of my favorite designers once said; "The details are not the details. They make the design." (quote from Charles Eames). This statement has stayed with me and influenced a lot of my design decisions, and has helped me come to realize that the tiny details are what can make or break a design. Many home owners spend the majority of their design budget on the big items (big pieces of furniture, flooring finishes, etc.) and leave little to no budget left for the smaller details. This would include pulls and knobs, the hardware, the plumbing fixtures, and most important- lighting fixtures! The details really do make your entire room pull together, and help a design feel more intricate and well thought-out.
I have been hunting for some lighting fixtures, and found some fun ones from Rejuvenation and Hansen Lighting. These are my two "go-to" lighting sources, and have loved every piece I have used through them. I picked out 6 wall sconces that are full of detail and personality that are perfect for more industrial spaces. I've had my eye on them for a while and can't wait to put them in my bathroom remodel! Each one pulls a slightly different design style, and are great options for big design detail on a small budget.
1. Classic Farmhouse : 2. Versatile Transitional : 3. Classic Chic : 4. Edgy Traditional : 5. Mid-Century Modern : 6. Industrial Modern
In any room and with any design style, the finishing touches will make the design of your space feel complete and give it that "WOW" factor. Make sure to plan and design the little details with just as much thought and consideration as you do the rest of your space, and the over all design will come together even better than you had originally planned.
I'm still deciding on which one I'm going to use in the bathroom design for the Aspen Way Project. Let me know which one is your favorite and your other favorite lighting sources for some fun statement lights!
Xoxo,
Andrea
